I'm Movin On

It's time to move on from San Francisco, don't worry I am not going too far. My boyfriend and I are moving to the border of Emeryville and Oakland, the Border Lofts (hence the border). We are talking about brand new never been lived in loft, no one has ever taken a bath in my bath! No one living below or above us! Our own washer and dryer, brand new appliances; including dish washer and disposal, plenty of room for an office area.
Ok there is always a flip side to every story... bad things include the Ghetto being a block away (Justin says it's not really the ghetto, but believe me it's as close as it comes), washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. I know they are trying to save space, but come on. And lastly it cost a whole $6.40 round trip to get to SF and back. I'm willing to work with these things considering all the positives.
